New Gran Turismo Documentary Focuses On Creator Kazunori Yamauchi
For a decade and a half, the name Gran Turismo has been synonymous with ultra-realistic racing games. Polyphony Digital and Sony made created a reputation for themselves as providing a driving experience unlike any other – one that comes as close to the real thing as possible. This was evidenced further by the latest entry in the series, Gran Turismo 6.
Kazunori Yamauchi is not only the President of Polyphony Digital, and a real-life Racing Driver, but he is the man who is responsible for the creation of the whole Gran Turismo series. To celebrate the ground-breaking work of Yamauchi, Sony have created a full-length documentary film, entitled KAZ: Pushing The Virtual Divide. The whole thing explores the man in detail, and the hard work he has put into making the best driving experiences possible.
