Sceptile Joins Pokkén Tournament as Playable Fighter

Bandai Namco have announced that Sceptile is the latest fighter to join the roster of Pokkén tournament, revealing the news via a new trailer showing the grass-type Pokémon in action.

Sceptile joins a growing roster of fighters with Blaziken, Suicine, Machamp, Lucario, Gardevoir, Pikachu, Gengar, Weavile, Pikachu Libre, Charizard and Shadow Mewtwo already having been announced. As with other fighters, Sceptile will have the ability to mega evolve in-game. See the new reveal trailer for Sceptile (known as Jukain in the Japanese versions of Pokémon) above.

Pokkén Tournament was released in Japanese arcades earlier this year, and will be released for Wii U next spring in Europe and North America.
