Nintendo Debut New Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem Trailers
Nintendo have published two brand new trailer for Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem (Genei Ibun Roku #FE in Japan), their upcoming Wii U exclusive.
The first trailer features plenty of gameplay and acts a general introduction to the game while the second takes a look at the characters featured in the game, but don’t expect to understand them all: it’s completely in Japanese. Gameplay looks similar to the newer Persona titles, which can be expected since Atlus are developing.
Gematsu explains the events of the second trailer, as it introduced character Yashiro Tsurugi, “an idol and Mirage Master partnered with Nabarl, who appears to have a connection to an incident that occurred five years ago where the performers and actors on stage vanished into thin air.”
See the gameplay trailer above, and the character trailer below. Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem will release in Japan on December 26 as Genei Ibun Roku #FE, with a release happening in Europe and North America sometime in 2016.
