Year of the Rooster event announced for Overwatch

Blizzard have today tweeted two gifs which reveal that Overwatch will be having a Year of the Rooster event beginning on January 24.

The tweets come from the English and Korean Overwatch accounts and, along with the announcement, show both Mei and D.Va in their Year of the Rooster skins.

If previous Overwatch events are anything to go by you can expect a load more skins, available only until the event ends, and maybe even some changes to the game’s maps as well.
