Raiden V originally launched as an Xbox One exclusive in Japan. It eventually was released digitally with an English localization in North America and Europe. It finally saw a release earlier in October on PS4 and Steam in the form of Raiden V: Director’s Cut. Watch Mick play it for a bit:
Raiden V: Director’s Cut is available on PlayStation 4 and PC. PQube Games did a retail release for the PS4 version.
