NOW TV’s Smart Stick on sale from tomorrow
The proclaimed ‘cheapest smart stick’ from NOW TV is coming, should you be in the market for turning your TV into a ‘smart’ one.
NOW TV’s newest device will cost £14.99 (£19.99 with a two month entertainment pass or Sky Cinema pass, or £29.99 with a Sky Sports pass) and will come with a wifi remote with built in voice control. It’ll connect through one of your TVs HDMI ports and connect to your wifi router to stream hours upon hours of entertainment.
You’ll have access to regular streaming services like All 4, ITV Hub and BBC iPlayer, and you can add to that with over 50 apps of entertainment plus monthly passes for decent amounts:
- Kids pass – £2.99
- Entertainment pass – £7.99
- Sky Cinema pass – £9.99
- Sky Sports Pass (Day – £7.99, Week – £12.99, Month – £33.99)
If you have a smart TV or mobile device NOW will be updating their apps to allow downloads and full HD streaming, so no need for the stick if you have a device like that, but if you want to SMART your ageing TV, this is a good option.
