Motion Twin announces Dead Cells retail release on PS4 and Switch, PC version exits early access in August
Motion Twin announced two important things for Dead Cells.
Currently in Early Access, Dead Cells on PC will exit early access this August. The price will also likely go up when this happens. Motion Twin will also be bringing the polished final release to console in August with a retail release on PS4 and Switch thanks to a partnership with Merge Games. Steve Filby, Producer at Motion Twin Commented:
“With the seventh update rolling out on Early Access, Dead Cells is very close to being content complete, the lore being the last piece of the puzzle we’re working on for launch day. Although version 1.0 definitely won’t be the end, as we’ve already promised one major free DLC to the community that made all of this possible.”
Dead Cells is currently available on PC in early access. It will be coming to PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
