3DS Update Available Now, Adds Themes!
Themes! They’re the best thing to hit system firmware updates since “system stability”, and thanks to the most recent 9.0.0-20 update, you too can download and purchase some brand new themes for your beloved Nintendo 3DS handheld!
This firmware comes with a few different coloured themes, but for a small cost of £1.79 each, you can buy themes of your favourite Nintendo characters, directly from the new Theme Shop.
Here are the full patch notes:
– Addition of themes to the HOME Menu
The appearance of the HOME Menu can now be customised with themes. Five themes are provided with the update and additional themes can be purchased from the Theme Shop. Themes can be selected using the Change Theme option in HOME Menu Settings.
– Nintendo eShop
The layout of the software information page has been changed to provide easier access to videos, demo versions (when available), user reviews and other information.
– Further improvements have been made to enhance the user’s experience.
System stability improvements and other adjustmentsFurther improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user’s experience.
