Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition announced for PS4 and Switch release in 2019
Square Enix has released an announcement trailer revealing that a Remastered Edition of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles will be coming in 2019 to PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
Very few details have been revealed, but what is clear from the trailer is the game will have had a graphical overhaul since it launched originally on the GameCube back in Japan in 2003.
When the original made its way over to Europe a year later, I remember having plenty of fun in its world with the interesting crystal dynamic and gorgeous soundtrack. Multiplayer was fun, if a little convoluted to set up, requiring GBAs connected to the console to serve as extra controllers.
