Pokemon Black & White Directors To Appear At GAME

Which is why we are extra excited about the news Poke-ball which was thrown our way today. None other than the developers of the forthcoming Pokemon Black & White titles for Nintendo DS are making a personal appearance in GAME. Read on for a chance to find out where and when you can get your Pikachu cosplay suit signed by the top boys!

Celebrate the March 4th launch of Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version on the Nintendo DS family of portable systems at GAME’s Oxford Street Store

This Friday, the developers of Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version games – director Junichi Masuda and art director Ken Sugimori will be in the GAME Oxford Street store between 9.00am and 11:00am to sign copies of Pokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version.

Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version are the brand new entries in the Pokémon series, featuring a whole new region, new ways to play and communicate and never-before-seen-Pokémon.

Junichi Masuda has been involved with the Pokémon brand since the development of the first Pokémon video game. He was the director for the latest Pokémon video games, Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version.

Ken Sugimori is an Art Director for the Pokémon video game series and is one of the original game creators. He designed the two main Pokémon characters, Reshiram and Zekrom for Pokémon Black and Pokémon White. All the official Pokémon illustrations used are created by him.

Pearl Robinson, manager of GAME Oxford Street said: “We’re delighted to welcome Mr Masuda and Mr Sugimori into our Oxford Street store. We know that our customers love Pokémon and will be excited to meet two of the key people behind the latest installment.”

GAME Oxford Street will also offer a Liberty Pass distribution upon purchase ofPokémon Black Version or Pokémon White Version games. Get a chance to meet Victini, a newly discovered Mythical Pokémon of the Unova region, when you receive the Liberty Pass. Victini is the first Pokémon to be both Fire- and Psychic-type, but hurry Victini cannot be obtained through normal play and the Liberty Pass will only available for a limited period after launch.

Pokemon White & Black are due out exclusively for Nintendo DS on 4th March 2011
