The studio that brought you Gravity Bone and the highly acclaimed Thirty Flights of Loving, now give you Quadrilateral Cowboy, with gameplay footage, to boot!
The game, which has the tag line of “Twentieth-Century Cyberpunk”, places players in the role of a criminal who will use a trusty briefcase (which houses a “hacking deck armed with a 56.6k modem and a staggering 256k RAM”) to hack security systems and manipulate technology in their surroundings, in order to get to their goal.
Blendo’s Thirty Flights of Loving was a massive critical success last year, showing up in some publications Game of the Year considerations. The game had some fantastic ideas, which for the most part, were executed really well. Quadrilateral Cowboy appears to be a bit of a departure from Thirty Flights, which is great to say. It’s always good to see developers journeying in different directions.
Quadrilateral Cowboy will be released in 2013 for Windows PC
