Bethesda Open New Office in Australia
Bethesda have announced that they are opening a new office in Australia to handle the publishing of their titles there and New Zealand.
It’s usually the closing of studios and offices that we hear so much about, so it’s great to have some news that a company is successfully expanding its operations.
Bethesda have been on the up in recent years having published such hits as id Software’s Rage and Arkane Studios’ Dishonored.
They are also publishing next year’s The Evil Within, a horror game from the mind of Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami.
One of the office’s first tasks will be a big one – trying to get gore-fest The Evil Within past the traditionally very strict Australian ratings board.
