Darksiders London Signing
Some news has appeared on the events page of forbiddenplanet.com It would appear Joe Madureira the man behind the stunning art style of Darksiders will be signing copies of the game on January 7th one day before the official UK release date. The event is being held at the Forbidden Planet London mega store 179 Shaftesbury Avenue from 18:00 – 19:00.
Signed copies of the game will be available on the day as well as online for £49.99, £15 more than most online retailers and would appear without the anticipated pre-order items such as avatar clothing or in game weapons. A good opportunity for collectors to get their hands on a signed copy a few hours early. It’s up to the individual to decide if the increased price is worthwhile.
Darksiders has already scored well in early reviews gaining a 10/10 from Play – US, 9/10 from 360 Gamer – UK and 8.8/10 from the Germans over at Consolplus. Remember to stick around for the God is a Geek verdict on January 8th.
