First Look XL: Metal Gear Solid HD Collection

by on January 25, 2012

Welcome to First Look XL, where we take an in-depth look at one of the latest games that will be coming to you soon. We have a treat in store for you here; a 45 minute video showing the three titles available in the upcoming Metal Gear Solid HD Collection. If that wasn’t enough, we have some colour commentary of the footage with Video Producer Tony Windebank and UK Editor Adam Cook to give you an insight into the game as well as our own experiences of these three amazing titles, rolled into one awesome package.

We start off with a look at Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, which shows off some impressive footage of its introduction movie and some gameplay, with Adam telling us why he never finished the game when it was originally released. Following this we take a look at Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, which has kept its original graphics but with a highly polished HD sheen, and Tony expresses his undying love for the introduction sequence. Finally we take a look at Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, which originally was a PlayStation Portable title, but has been converted to allow you to play on the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3. Adam and Tony are quite taken aback by the look of the title and notice differences in gameplay.

So grab a brew and some snacks, sit down and take a look at Metal Gear Solid HD Collection with First Look XL. Keep a solid eye out for the coming review on GodisaGeek.com.
