Team 17 Announce New Game – Flockers
After over a decade of working solely on games in the Worms series, or spin-offs thereupon, Team 17 have finally announced a new IP that their team are currently working on. Entitle Flockers, Team17 Managing Director Debbie Bestwick has stated that the development team are heavily invested in this new original title.
Develop reported the news that first broke at the PlayStation Open Day yesterday, where Team 17 (who have now moved to become a digital publisher) announced the new game, but scant else. No other details have been revealed, but a full official announcement will be made next week, where more information will be forthcoming. What do you think the game will be about? The title suggests that Sheep may well be involved – and Sheep have always featured as part of the humour in the Worms series – but we only have to wait until next week to find out for sure.
