Guild of Dungeoneering Lands on PC and Mac Today!
A dungeon crawler spliced with a card game may not be top of anybodys wish list, but fresh ideas in gaming are always welcome and Guild of Dungeoneering from indie developer Gambrinous looks particularly interesting, with its hand drawn art and quirky mechanics.
The game tasks you with building the dungeon yourself, using a random deck of cards to create new and unique gameplay elements.
“We’re incredibly excited to share Guild of Dungeoneering with the world,” said Colm Larkin of Gambrinous. “What started as a weekend project has blossomed and become something beautiful. I think the game taps into a pretty unique blend of tabletop and role playing nostalgia. I’m really proud of what we’ve made and can’t wait to see what everyone thinks.”
