League of Legends is a continually expanding game. With so many skins, it’s not surprising that many of them are no longer available. Read on to discover what happened to League of Legends’ most sought-after skins, and why you can no longer obtain them.
Victorious Skins
These skins were only available to players who managed to reach gold in Seasons 2011 – 2018. This might not seem like a difficult feat, but back in 2011 most players had no idea how to play competitively.
Of course, there were also fewer players back then – and fewer divisions too, which meant climbing was much harder than today.

Silver Kayle
This skin sees Kayle decked out in silver battle gear, but the aesthetic reasons aren’t why people purchased this skin.
If you’ve been playing League of Legends since the very start, then there’s a tiny chance you might own this skin. Why? Because Silver Kayle was only ever available to those who purchased the retail copy of the game back in 2009. It’s almost impossible to find one of those codes now, and even if you did, you wouldn’t be able to redeem it.
Riot disabled codes for Silver Kayle and all other skins back in 2009, meaning it can no longer be obtained – not by normal means anyway.
Black Alistar
The only real change to Black Alistar compared to the default skin is that he’s black; but that doesn’t stop it from being one of the most sought-after skins in the game.
The main reason it’s such a hot skin is because it was only handed out to players who ordered the League of Legends collector’s edition back when it first came out. Back then, nobody purchased the collector’s edition, because why would they when the game was free?
The rarity of this skin is extreme, as most people who’ve been regularly playing for years have never even seen it!
UFO Corki
This skin features Corki in a grinning UFO, complete with glowing red eyes. Definitely one to seek out if you’re a die-hard fan of his other skin, daring bombardier.
If you created your account before January the 14th 2010, then congrats, you’ll have this stored safely in your account. The skin was part of an award that League of Legends won, and has never been available to players since.
King Rammus
If you’ve played Mario, then you’ll know exactly where this skin drew its inspiration from. King Rammus bears a remarkable resemblance to Bowser. In fact, Bowser also goes by “King Koopa” so if the similarity wasn’t obvious enough before, it should be now.
PAX Twisted Fate
This skin is currently one of, if not, the most popular skin in the game as of today.
Although the only real cosmetic change this skin has undergone is a slight color change, the skin is still considered one of the rarest in the game. However, it was only ever available to people who attended PAX (Penny Arcade Expo) back in 2009.
A tiny handful attended PAX, making it one of the rarest skins available – if not the rarest!
Additionally, Riot also offered PAX Jax and Sivir to people who attended PAX in 2010, and 2011, respectively.
