At the VGA’s this year Lucas Arts unveiled their “new” Star Wars game. While we at God is a Geek were expecting something much more epic, a sequel to what was a very decent game is never a bad thing. Unfortunately there is no gameplay footage in this trailer but the standard epic feel that Lucas Arts are so good at is ever present. The theme of trailer centres around the conflict taking place inside of the games protagonist, who we know as Star Killer. Once again it seems like he doesn’t know if he should follow the path of a Jedi or step over to dark side of force. Either way the force is certainly there with him and he demonstrates this extremely well by taking out a huge beast toward the end of the trailer!
We can only hope that the Lucas Arts development team will have fixed all those bugs that plagued the original release and kept it from being one of the really good games of 2008.
