Nintendo 3DS XL Launches Tomorrow, Where Should You Buy it?The new iteration of the 3DS hardware, the XL, is launched tomorrow. We reviewed the unit to see if it was worthy of a purchase, but we thought we’d take a look to see if there were any good deals to focus on.

First and foremost, you can see some images of the device by checking out our 3DS XL in Pictures article, then you can read the review of the XL by clicking here.

Game has a reasonable deal at the moment, especially if you don’t own the 3DS already. Offering The XL with a charger and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance for £199.99. They are selling the device on its own for £174.99. Even better though, if you go in-store you can trade a 3DS in and get the device with a charger for £79.99.

Zavvi are going slightly cheaper, but their £167.85 price doesn’t include a charger.

Amazon are also offering the device on its lonesome for £174.99, with Shopto.net coming in at £179.86 and Play.com hitting the £174.99 mark.

Sainsbury’s are offering the XL for £179.99 but if you create a new account and use the code SETENJ12 (thanks HotUK Deals!) you can bring that price down to just over £160.

Tesco are slightly cheaper than Sainsbury’s, but without a voucher to change the price, they come in at £175.

Finally, The Hut are offering the 3DS XL on its own for £167.95.

If you find a better deal, shout out to us in the comment section below and we’ll update this article. Otherwise, let us know if you’re planning on buying a 3DS XL and why, or why not?
