Hell Yeah! Available to Download in North America Right Now
Sega’s latest foray into the platform genre features an animal, but not a hedgehog. Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit features, obviously, a dead rabbit named Ash. Ash is also a prince, and like any good prince, Ash was snapped by photographers in compromising situations and wants to seek revenge on those that saw said photos on the Helternet…this is all sounding quite familiar…
Anyway, in Hell Yeah! players will, as the trailer below puts it, “jump, drill, shoot, loot, crush” their way across 10 colourful and gory worlds. Personally, I love games that are nuts, but execution is key. If an idea is decent, that’s great, but it must still be a solid title and things look promising for the rabbit.
The game is available in North America via PSN today and will be releasing on XBLA and Steam tomorrow. Sadly, Euroheads will have to wait – the game will be available in EU digital stores next week. You’ll be able to get to grips with Arkedo Studios’ effort for the fee of 1200MSP/£9.99/€12.99/$14.99/AUD$19.95. I hope a red headed prince joins Ash for the sequel.
