God of War III Remastered Edition Announced for PS4

A remastered version of God of War III is heading to PS4 in July according to a blog post on Sony’s website.

It’s been almost ten years since the original God of War III was released on Playstation 3 to critical acclaim. The remastered edition will run in full 1080p, and apparently boasts silky “smooth combat, earth-shaking weapons, bosses you simply have to face to believe, and an all-new new photo mode so you can share those most tender of God of War moments”.

Take a look at the announcement trailer above as well as a slew of glorious screenshots below. God of War III releases on July 14 in the USA, July 15 in Europe and July 17 in the UK exclusively on Playstation 4.
