NieR: Automata has crossed a million copies shipped and sold digitally.

NieR: Automata is a pretty great game. Square Enix just announced that it had shipped and sold digitally more than a million copies. This is great news for two reasons. It released a few days after the Nintendo Switch and The Legend of Zelda. March was also pretty crowded with other games. We know sales numbers for the first week in Japan and thanks to SteamSpy know approximate numbers for PC. NieR on PC has sold little over what it sold in 1 week in Japan just on PS4 in under 3 weeks.

The amazing soundtrack is available on Square Enix’s own store (with a bonus CD) and iTunes.

NieR: Automata is available on PlayStation 4 and PC.
