For many a year now, console gamers have had to sit by in anguish, longing to be like the cool kid PC gamers who have experienced the awe of Crysis.
Well EA and Crytek decided to end this segregation. On the 4th of October Crysis will be released to console gamers world wide.
To put the cherry on the cake, Crysis will have the awesome CryENGINE 3 on-board. This will mean that graphically it will look as amazing as ever.
Hmmm. PC gamers, it looks like the playing field has changed slightly and you are losing some exclusive bragging rights! If you have something to say on the matter, why not let us know in the comments?
Crysis will be available on Xbox LIVE Arcade for 1600 Microsoft Points, or PlayStation 3 for £15.99 from the 4th of October.

I have been gaming since Christmas day 1989ish, when my siblings and I were given a NES. It had Super Mario Bros and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with it. Although I never completed TMNT, I did get past the underwater level by the dam!
I will happily give any genre a try, unless its something scary. I believe Luigi's Mansion was the closet thing to a horror game that I could stomach. I own a PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and a Nintendo DSi (Serious thought is going into the potential purchase of a 3DS).
When I am not gaming I am usually shouting at Arsenal to take a shot! I can also be found playing football, squash, ultimate frisbee, cooking, or passing the time by making noise. I can do a pretty convincing Jam Jar Lid! ^^
