Bayonetta Brings Her Gun-Heeled Stilettos to the PlayStation Network at the End of the Month
It seems as if the stars may have aligned for Platinum Games, Anarchy Reigns has just been released in Europe, Metal Gear Solid: Revengeance is just on the horizon, both of which are developed by the company. On top of that DmC: Devil May Cry has just been released, a game which is a reboot of a series previously headed by Bayonetta’s director Hideki Kamiya. With all that it’s no surprise that Platinum Games are in the forefront of most gamers’ minds, so why not use that to launch their first big hit onto the PlayStation Network?
Xbox LIVE has already been enjoying a digitally distributed version of the hardcore action game but the PlayStation Network has been lacking. At the end of this month, that oversight gets rectified as Bayonetta is released as a digital title on January 29 on the US PSN Store and a day later on January 30 in the EU.
