Ubisoft no Longer Bringing Core Titles to Last Gen Systems
Yesterday Ubisoft held an earnings call, and during it they announced that core titles will no longer be developed for the PS3 and Xbox 360 VG247 reports.
Main titles like Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six, The Division and Far Cry will not see new installments on the old systems, but casual title Just Dance will continue to see releases.
During the call Yvez Guillemot also stated that the new title that is in the works that is due for reveal later this year will also not see a release on old hardware. No mention was made of anything coming to Wii U.
