Haku-men Vs Litch

For those fighting game fanatics who were considering importing the gorgeous looking Blazblue but were still waiting in the hope that Japanese developer Arc System Works would see the light and bring the game to European shores, fear not. It has today  been announced that us cultured Europeans will indeed be receiving our very own version of the insanely fun fighter. A couple of us here at GodisaGeek have already given into our urges and imported this title but for those of you who haven’t your wait will be rewarded with new characters and exclusive  move sets for both the PS3 and Xbox 360 version. Both versions will be fully localised and include a strategy guide plus a copy of the games soundtrack. Unfortunately that being said the wait is long and the title will not be hitting our shores until sometime in 2010. There’s no information on who these new characters will be but the sheer fact our friends on the other side of the pond are paying attention to us is good news in itself. I can’t help but feel that this might have something to do with increasing popularity of the fighting game genre of late and Blazblue’s recent rise to the top of the Japanese Arcade.
