Orcs Must Die 2 Announced, Debut Trailer
Robot Entertainment’s popular PC and XBLA game Orcs Must Die, is getting a sequel.
Like the first game Orcs Must Die 2 is an action strategy game that tasks the player with, surprise surprise killing Orcs. The game will feature a new singleplayer and co-op campaign and promises more enemies, defenses and a new upgrade system.
The story takes place directly after the first game. The War Mage is once again trying to fight off Orcs but this time he’ll have a new companion. The Sorceress has the ability to control minds and cast deadly magic, and will be a playable character just like the War Mage.
Robot has also confirmed PC gamers who played the first game will unlock exclusive content in Orcs Must Die 2. Why just PC players? Well because at this moment PC is the only confirmed platform for the sequel.

An exact release date has not yet been given, although gamers can expect it to hit sometime during summer 2012.
