Scribblenauts Unlimited Delayed in Europe Until 2013

Scribblenauts Unlimited Delayed in Europe Until 2013The latest game in the Scribblenauts series may be out now in North America, but Europeans will be waiting a while longer for the game that was expected to be a Wii U launch title over here, we’ve learned from Eurogamer.

5th Cell creative director and co-founder Jermiah Slaczka took to NeoGAF to tell the masses that the delay had nothing to do with the studio.

“It’s due to stuff I can’t talk about until 2013. Scribblenauts and Super Scribblenauts were released NA and EU the same day. Trust me. I want your money. It’s due to things outside of development.”

It’s a real shame that Scribblenauts Unlimited won’t accompany the Wii U launch in Europe. As Slaczka said on GAF, I’m sure we’ll learn of the reason for this delay in the future.

Scribblenauts Unlimited is available now in North America and will be released in 2013 in Europe for Windows PC, Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Wii U
