Blizzard is finally nerfing Innervate, Fiery War Axe, and more in an upcoming Hearthstone patch
Blizzard announced some much needed nerfs to Hearthstone cards in a blog post.
These changes will arrive in a patch later in the month and will affect some of the oldest cards and some widely used ones. The following will be changed in the patch:
Innervate
Now reads: Gain 1 Mana Crystal this turn only. (Down from 2)
Fiery War Axe
Now costs 3 mana. (Up from 2)
Hex
Now costs 4 mana. (Up from 3)
Murloc Warleader
Now reads: Your other Murlocs have +2 Attack. (Down from +2 Attack, +1 Health)
Spreading Plague
Now costs 6 mana. (Up from 5)
Read the reasoning for the changes here. Blizzard also said they don’t want to take any cards out of rotation and put them into the Hall of Fame in the middle of the Hearthstone year.
