Leading up to the release of Modern Warfare 3, the internet was a buzz about what the Elite mode would bring to players of the world’s biggest gaming franchise. But there was one problem…when you left the house, how were you meant to avail of this service? Activision have recently announced that the Call of Duty Elite iOS app is here to solve all of these problems and can be downloaded right now for iPhone and iPad! An Android version is expected to release next week.
On the app, you have access to your career summary, recent matches, challenges and it gives you the ability to push custom classes to your console. Obviously, you will have to be an Elite member to use the mobile application. But it is free, so don’t panic if you thought you’d have to spend even more pennies on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
