HAWKEN Impresses the Crowd at E3, Aims to do so at SDCC and Gamescom TooHAWKEN is coming, but are you ready for it? Or do you just think you are?

One of the games that slipped under the radar at E3 is an upcoming free-to-play mech shooter developed by Adhesive Games titled HAWKEN. If you were around during E3 2012 and managed to get a look at the live-action trailer that the team were showing off, you were probably mightily impressed; and rightly so.

Adhesive Games also announced a collaboration with Gears of War art director and feature film director Jeremiah O’Flaherty to create a series of digital shorts based on the HAWKEN videogame. The first of these shorts, which combine live action and CG, was the video that was shown last month at E3 and can be seen below.

There have been a couple of other videos released showing off the game too, some which you may have missed if the game had previously been slipping under the scanners for you. Just to give you a little bit of a refresher, here they both are:

On top of all that goodness, as if it wasn’t already enough, the guys behind HAWKEN have even released a couple of high resolution screenshots for you to ponder over.
