NFL and Rovio Entertainment partner to bring Angry Birds and the Super Bowl together.

The collaboration brings the Super Bowl to Angry Birds 2 and Angry Birds Evolution. Angry Birds 2 sees 32 official NFL jerseys and helmets brought in for new Super Bowl levels and in game events. In Angry Birds Evolution, there will be Super Bowl LII events with 32 NFL characters added. A new exclusive bird, the Quarterback’, can be unlocked through this as well. Michelle Micone, SVP of Consumer Products at NFL commented:

“Our partnership with Rovio Entertainment illustrates the NFL’s desire to engage fans through unique experiences. The Angry Birds portfolio provides an excellent platform to reach millions of mobile gamers and football fans around the world.”

The events begin in both games from January 24 and will go on until February 4.
