PES 2011 Wii Trailer and Screenshots

by on September 8, 2010

Konami have today released the first trailer plus some snazzy screenshots for PES 2011 on the Wii. Yes, that’s right. A Wii version does exist, PS3 and Xbox 360 owners!

The trailer shows off some of the new features in the game, which include directing players during set plays, an adjustable camera during corner kicks and a 360 degree control system. To add that, the Wii version will also be getting a fully licensed Copa Libertadores. For those of you who don’t know, that is basically the South American version of the UEFA Champions League. This is also present in the “next-gen” version of the game we have playtested vigorously over the last few months, so no real surprise there.

No official release date has been anounced yet for the Wii version, but we expect it to hit store shelves soon after the launch of the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. So, that means the end of October or sometime in November.
