In a week that sees the release of a brand new Nintendo handheld, it is fair to say that all eyes, and indeed the hearts and minds of gamers across the nation and beyond, were focused on the earth-shattering Dance Central dance-off that erupted in spectacular style in London’s Covent Garden yesterday. In a clash for the ages, hosted by screeching professional dancer Louis Spence, Britain’s Got Talent participant Kevin Cruise went over versus some other dance guys, with Xbox Kinect title Dance Central the proverbial weapon of choice. To celebrate the first day of Spring, Dance star Louie Spence was in Covent Garden yesterday to crown Britain’s Got Talent’s Kevin Cruise as the champion of the Dance CentralTM Spring Dance-off, which pitted TV phenomenon’s, Happiness (Got to Dance) and Kevin Cruise (Britain’s Got Talent).

Hundreds filled Covent Garden to watch the ultimate dance-off on Dance Central, the KinectTM for Xbox 360 exclusive game which lets dancers of all ages and skill levels move, groove and get fit – all completely controller-free.
