Pine, Five Nights at Freddy’s, and Trover Saves the Universe heading to the Switch this week

It’s a pretty big week on the Nintendo Switch this week, with plenty of previously released games appearing on the Nintendo Switch for the first time. Pine, the open world action adventure set in the beautiful world of Albamare is out today. In it, you take on the role of a young adult called Hue. Exploring, trading, crafting, and fighting become a part of your daily life as you look to find a home for the last surviving humans.

If you prefer your games with a decent helping of adult helping, Rick and Morty creator Justin Roiland brings his own brand of humour to the Switch with Trover Saves the Universe, also out today. There’s plenty of platforming and combat, but can you do whatever it takes to save the universe?

Five Nights at Freddy’s became a mobile hit when it released over five years ago, and now it makes its debut on the Nintendo Switch. Not only that, but its three sequels will also be available, releasing on November 29.

Other games releasing this week are Widget Satchel, a game where you play as an adorable ferret in space (released November 27), BLACKSAD: Under the Skin, a detective mystery set in the 1950s (out today), and Where the Water Tastes Like Wine, a narrative adventure set in the US during the Depression era (out November 29).
