LEGO Dimensions Will Come With Unlockable Character World Based Content
LEGO Dimensions is trying to break into the toys to life space and it certainly has turned a couple of heads already. Gamescom gave Warner Brothers Interactive the chance to let us know about a couple of new if not entirely surprising additions to the gameplay.
The first being that any characters you own from certain brands will have the ability to unlock Adventure Worlds of their own, with a starting total of fourteen available. This should increase the life span of LEGO Dimensions and at the same time encourage the purchase of more figures.
Secondly, Ghostbusters will be one of the Level packs you can buy, that will come with a Venkman, Slimer and Stay Puft Marshmallow Man minifigures.
LEGO Dimensions is set to launch September 29 2015 and apart from the hefty price tag for the base set, is looking like it will be heading under a lot of Christmas trees at the end of the year.
