New Metro: Last Light Trailer Focuses on Redemption

by on April 29, 2013

Amid rumours that we may see a next generation release of 4A Games’ upcoming effort, listen to one of Metro’s characters talk about “Redemption”.

Well, at least that’s what the new trailer from the publisher is called as Anna (“the Spartan Order of Rangers’ top sniper and daughter of their uncompromising leader Miller”) speaks about the hope survivors instil in protagonist Artyom. She doesn’t sound too confident in him, either.

In the trailer, which you can check out below, you can see some of the action that awaits such as the snarling beasts and other human beings that are attempting to shoot you down.

The sequel to Metro 2033 is under the radar for a lot of people at the minute, but could turn out to be somewhat of a sleeper hit. Time will tell, I guess. Not long until it hits store shelves.

Metro: Last Light will be released on May 17 in Europe and May 14 in North America for Windows PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3
