Given a prestigious 10/10 score here at GodisaGeek, Rayman Origins was a wonderful surprise. Colourful, fun, hilarious – just a superb game, all round.
When Rayman Legends was originally announced as Wii U-exclusive, it was deemed a system seller. Fast forward many months and we’re now barely a month from the game’s release on Wii U, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PS Vita and PC; everyone can now share in its goodness.
And my goodness, it is extremely good. We’ve had our hands on a preview version of the game for a good week or so, and have spent time extensively thrashing it, most of the time when we should have been doing something else (that’s how good it is). So, along with our written preview, and another video feature coming later today, here’s one of the standout mini-game modes: Kung Foot.
Originally created by Ancel and his team as a silly piece of stress-relief during the game’s development, the decision must have been a simple one to make: it’s incredibly fun, keep it in the game. So what you’ll see below, is a five minute video showing two matches of Kung Foot. It’s four-player chaos at its very finest, accessible to everyone and just…bloody amazing fun.
