Final Fantasy XIV PS4 Beta Announced
Yesterday, Square Enix announced beta testing will begin on February 22, 2014 for the PS4 version of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. Furthermore, a free service has been revealed for players transitioning from PS3 to PS4. Gamers currently playing FFXIV: ARR on PS3 will not have to re-buy the game on PS4 and can even transfer their characters and progression to the new platform. Square Enix has promised more details on the specifics of this service and beta testing in the near future.
