Cities: Skylines is releasing on Xbox One and Windows 10 in Spring

Paradox Interactive’s award winning city sim, Cities: Skylines, is getting both an Xbox One and a Windows 10 Edition in Spring of this year.

Along with the range of extensive city planning and management options that the base game included, when it released in 2015, the Windows 10 and Xbox One versions will include the first expansion, Cities: Skylines – After Dark. The Xbox edition will also be optimised for play on a controller, as you would expect.

“Paradox is a company that’s proud to publish and support ‘niche’ games, and we’re happy to be able to bring those specialized experiences to console as well.” said Fredrik Wester, CEO of Paradox Interactive. “Cities: Skylines has built one of the biggest and most active communities we’ve seen among Paradox’s fans, and that’s saying a lot. We can’t wait to welcome Xbox One players into that group, and I’m eager to see the towns and cities they can build.”

Cities: Skylines is currently available on Steam for £22.99 and will launch on Xbox One and Windows 10 in Spring.
