Square Enix Pledge Playstation 4 Support With New Final Fantasy Coming

Square Enix showed their Agni’s Prophecy demo from E3 2012, promising that PS4 will meet that standard.

Square Enix then wheeled out their Final Fantasy brand manager who confirmed that Square Enix is busy working on a new Final Fantasy game, and that it would debut at E3 2013.

Is the Agni’s tech demo indicative of this new Final Fantasy? Possibly, possibly not. What I am wondering is where Final Fantasy Versus XIII has gotten to. That said I’m equally interested in what the next generation has in store for one of gaming’s longest running franchises, aside from excessive particle effects.
