Everybody puts some sort of zombieness in their games nowadays. Call of Duty, Red Dead, Yakuza, and gamers are getting a wee bit tired. Zombies are being overdone. They’re everywhere, in film and TV, as well as games.

However dear reader, when a game like Lollipop Chainsaw comes along, you sit up and listen. Why? ‘Cause it looks bat crap crazy and that’s fine by me!

You take control of Juliet, the badass cheerleader, who has a chainsaw to annihilate her undead foes. But, like any blonde cheerleader in an American highschool, Juliet needs love in her life. That’s where Nick Carlyle comes in. His hobbies include; badminton, bass guitar and masturbation. So, he’s like any regular 18 year old…oh, except he’s missing his entire body.

In the game, Nick is just a decapitated head that hangs off of Juliet’s skirt. In the special Valentine’s Day trailer for the game below, you can see some gameplay elements of the game where Nick can be used to Juliet’s advantage. Please enjoy the insanity that is Lollipop Chainsaw

Lollipop Chainsaw is set for release later this year on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
