SEGA Bringing More Games to Mobile

Sonic 2, Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing Transformed and Rhythm Thief are all being ported to mobile platforms by early 2014.

Sonic 2 will run at a delectable 60fps, while Racing Transformed will support up to 4 players online.

Alongside these three ports is Demon Tribe, a blend of MOBA, card-collecting and action RPG which will support 3v3 ‘synchronous battles’.

Demon Tribe has been designed by Masayoshi Kikuchi, who worked on classic titles such as the Panzer Dragoon series, the Yakuza series, and Jet Grind Radio.

So, y’know, yay. Mobile SEGA games. To be fair it’s great to see Rhythm Thief getting another shot at success, it was a cute rhythm action title on 3DS that was unfortunately overshadowed by some Final Fantasy themed music tap-ery at the time.
