Fables Comic Book Adaptation Officially Announced by TelltaleAfter it was first leaked out over a year ago, Telltale Games have re-announced that they will be putting together a new series of games based on the Fables Comic Book series created by Bill Willingham.

No real details have been announced as of yet, but Telltale have put together a placeholder website for the series, where fans can sign up for newsletter notifications for news and updates as and when any details do leak out. You can find that site here.

The official site reads:

Created by Bill Willingham, the Eisner award-winning and chart-topping Fables re-imagines classic characters from fairy tales and folklore spinning their stories in wild, brutally violent, mature, and often unexpected directions.

The series is published by DC comics under their Vertigo label and it features many famous traditional fairytale and storybook characters, who have been banaished from their honelands and have set up a new community within New York. The books are wildly popular and have been going since 2002, so there is a lot of source material to work from. We will let you know when further news is announced.

There are no release details or platforms announced so far for Fables.
