Sneak a peek at Mass Effect 3’s final multiplayer expansion.
It’s hard to believe that it’s nearly been a year since the release of the “final” chapter in Shepard’s story, Mass Effect 3. But Bioware aren’t quite done with the game yet, as the final pieces of DLC arrive in the coming weeks.
Tomorrow, Reckoning will be released; a multiplayer expansion that promises new characters, weapons and upgrades. To celebrate, Bioware will be holding a livestream event at 17:30 GMT this evening, on the official Bioware Twitch.tv channel.
Tune in then to see what this free multiplayer expansion offers. Don’t forget that the final piece of single-player content, Citadel will be released on Tuesday March 5th as well. This DLC promises “one final sentimental journey with Commander Shepard”, as our hero meets up with familiar faces from the entire Mass Effect saga.
According to Polygon, Bioware has advised that both pieces of DLC will be released on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. There are currently no plans to bring this content to the Wii U version of Mass Effect 3.
