Sony Tease “Big” Vita Title To Cover Poor Sales Forecast?
A Sony executive has teased an “AMAZING” big title coming to the PlayStation Vita.
“You are gonna be hooked for hours,” claimed Sony Computer Entertainment Europe business development manager Shahid Ahmad in a tweet.
He went on to confirm that the game would not come from an indie developer.
The tweet arrived on the day of Sony’s annual PlayStation hardware sales forecast and could well have been posted to distract from or to remedy the disappointing PSP and Vita numbers posted by Sony.
Sony are expecting to sell just five million PSP and Vita consoles in the current financial year compared to seven million sold in the last, which ended last month.
