New Fantasia Trailer Features Trippy Arm-Waving
For those unaware, Harmonix (The creators of Guitar Hero and Rock Band) are working with Disney on a unique experience for Kinect. Fantasia: Music Evolved combines the surreal imagery of Uncle Walt’s classic movie, with modern musical hits from the likes of The White Stripes (Seven Nation Army) and David Bowie (Ziggy Stardust).
Judging by this trailer (via AllGamesBeta), it appears that this Kinect-only game will feature a whole lot of arm-waving, as the player looks like they are conducting the music being played, but delve a little closer into that premise and it appears that a lot more interaction with items and environments will be involved.
It certainly seems like one of those games that needs to be played to fully understand, so hopefully we’ll get our hands on this one soon.
