Spooky New Images Of PC Adventure Black Mirror 3 Emerge

by on February 28, 2011

Just in case their Black Mirror 3 story trailer didn’t give you a good idea of what to expect from the upcoming Horror Adventure Game sequel, publishers Lace Mamba Global have today released a whole host of scary new images to promote the title. They are all quite unnerving and eerie images, and point towards the direction that this final instalment in the trilogy will take. The images actually seem reminiscent of survival-horror oddity – Deadly Premonition – which both amused and confounded us at Godisageek, in near equal measures.

These images form the visions that are expereinced by the protagonist of the game, Darren Michaels, as he begins to question his sanity. “Are these events reality, or just the latest, yet even crueler additions to this one big nightmare, created by the curse of the Gordon family? Is Darren… a mass-murdering machine, being completely out of mind, or does he manage to end the Gordon curse?”

This title looks set to cause a stir with its disturbing visuals, and when coupled with the obvious comparisons we can draw, it will be interesting to see if it really does manage to emulate even a small amount of the insanity and intrigue that Deadly Premontion did – and with it, the notoriety it enjoyed.
